Ingredients:
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
12 fresh cranberries
A bottle of champagne
1 c. sweetened cranberry juice
6 tsp sugar
1 lime, halved
Directions:
Arrange the champagne flutes with lime. Dip them in sugar. Add ¼ cranberry juice into each flute and top it up with champagne.
Poke a hole through the cranberries using a toothpick. Thread the rosemary skewer through the cranberries to garnish the mimosas. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
A 750 ml bottle of Champagne such as Cava or Prosecco
1 c. sparkling grape juice
1 c. pomegranate seeds
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. whole fresh cranberries
Directions:
In a large punch or pitcher bowl, combine pomegranate seeds, grapes, cranberries, and apples.
Pour the champagne and sparkling grape juice over and stir well. Serve immediately.

1 package of whole cranberries
6 tsp sugar
A bottle of Prosecco
½ gal. apple cider
A 32-oz container of cranberry juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, ½ sliced and ½ diced into half-moons, to garnish
Directions:
Combine cinnamon and sugar on a shallow plate. Wet the rim of the glass in water and then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat the edge of the glass.
Fill each Champagne flute ¼ with cranberry juice. Fill halfway up with apple cider and top it up with Prosecco. Add diced apple pieces and cranberries. Garnish with an apple slice and serve immediately.
4. Snowflake Martini

Ingredients:
6 tsp heavy cream
2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
½ c. ice
3 oz. white chocolate liquer
⅓ c. white sanding sugar, for rim
1 lemon wedge, for rim
Directions:
Wet the rim of the martini glass using the lemon wedge. Drip in the sanding sugar until the rim is coated.
Using a cocktail shaker, combine heavy cream, vanilla vodka, and white chocolate liquor.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake again.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Serve immediately.
5. Mistletoe Mules
They’re SO easy to make and make for the perfect contender for a winter cocktail.

¼ c. pomegranate seeds
A can of 12-oz. Can of ginger beer
1 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. vodka
Ice
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Directions:
Add ice in two copper mugs. Pour an ounce of vodka and ½ ounce lime juice into each mug. Add ginger beer into each cup until almost full.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes, pomegranate seeds, and garnish with mint sprigs and while candy cane.
6. Mistletoe Margaritas

12 c. ice
½ c. plus 3 tsp lime juice, divided usage
8 oz. triple sec
12 oz. silver tequila
2 c. cranberry juice
1 wedge of lime, for rim
6 tsp kosher salt
¼ c. granulated sugar, divided usage
½ c. whole cranberries
Mint, for garnish
Directions:
Toss a tablespoon of lime juice with cranberries into a medium bowl. Durian the excess lemon juice and toss with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour onto a baking sheet to dry.
Combine the remaining sugar with kosher salt on a shallow plate. Mix until well combined. Use the lime wedge to wet the rim of the glasses before dipping them into the salt sugar mixture.
Combine ice, ½ cup lime juice, triple sec, tequila, and cranberry juice in a large blender. Continue to blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into prepared glasses. Garish with a few sugared cranberries and a sprig of mint before serving.
